Hey
Sweet, Chubby and loveable Peter, (This is how you introduced yourself
to us). Felt like thanking you for providing us one of the wonderful
times during our visit to North Wales on 6th April, 2008.
As people rightly say, time flew fast when you have fun with the
people. It's true!!!! The trip has gone in a flash with lots of
pleasant memories left behind us (I was about to shout Black sheep
port, when I was on train to Crewe). We loved everything about the
tour and wished it was longer. It didn't take much time to get in flow
of yours but once we're in, the fun begins. There is so much to write
about you and the trip and I better do…no escape:
Firstly, I love people
who do their job with passion and you are one among them. It's not
only the service we liked; we loved your attitude, amicable character,
creative ideas, the care you showed on all of us…and not to forget the
information you have provided…sometimes we felt like being in a
History class too…To put it in a nut shell…u r a rocking dude….We
thought your service was most efficient, safe and comfortable. We
would not hesitate to use your services again. Keep going!!!
You know what? We got
it right out of the 2 stories…I got 2 coupons for finding the Black
sheep and getting the name of Anthony Hopkins…I loved your ideas and
you made people enjoy the time with you…We became kids in answering
all the questions you asked during the end of the tour and you gave us
the name 'Sweet Ass' and I loved it… I felt as though I wasn't on a
'coach tour' but rather a day out with good friends.
We wish you great
success in your venture. Looking forward for another trip in wonderful
Busybus…and will be on board soon!

Hi Fred.
Arrived
home safely after having a fantastic cruise. The weather was great
the entire trip. I just wanted to thank you for providing us with a
great tour of Wales. Your son (Peter) did an outstanding job in
showing us the sites and is a real delight & of course I know where he
got it from. Again Fred, thank you so much. It was a real pleasure
working with you again. I was so happy that we got to tender in this
time unlike the Princess cruise of 2005. Wales is beautiful. Hope to
visit again.

The tour that we took
through North Wales with Peter (10/08/07) as our tour guide was
absolutely the best tour that we have ever taken! Peter, you kept us
informed and entertained the whole day. We had a wonderful time, we
are still talking about it. Thank you for such great service. We
certainly will contact you again for another tour.

I
just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Holyhead,
Wales with Bob. He is very funny! We really enjoyed the entire day,
and especially the countryside of Wales.
The trip through the
countryside with the stop to let us walk the hills and get up close
and personal with the flora and heather and rocks was special. The
Wales countryside is beautiful. The stops at Caernarfon Castle and
Conwy Castle allowed enough time to explore without feeling like we
were just rushing off to the next spot. Thanks so much for all your
help in putting together our group of 12. This excursion was a real
highlight of our trip.
Also, I just
thought I would share a couple of photo's I took. I also wrote a
review of our entire trip and posted to Cruise Critic, Ports of Call
board.

Peter, I
wanted to drop you a note and tell you what a great experience we had
with your tour! We were on the Princess Cruise tour and just
absolutely LOVED the places we saw, the beautiful scenery, and the
scrumptious fish and chips.
You are
the best tour guide that we had during our vacation. Now that we are
all back home again and back to work (yucky 4-letter word!) we really
appreciate having the photos from the tour online so we can just click
on them and wish we were still there!
Thank you
again for sharing all these wonderful places with us!

Hi Peter! You sure are one person who deserves an
e-mail of Thank You for making the whole experience with both the
recent groups you escorted such a wonderful one! I really appreciate
the way you were accommodative and went out of your way to make
everyone comfortable, not to forget your experience in filming and
your coach, that is just right for film crews and helped a lot in
making the filming convenient. You were missed by the crew throughout
the remaining part of the trip.
I have been asked by everyone to convey their thanks to
you. You honestly are such a gem of a person and everyone just adored
you! But then, I think more than anything, it’s the person you are!
You just can’t help being good.
But there is one complaint though, you set such high standard it was
difficult for others to follow!! |

Hello! I have just
spent a wonderful holiday in Chester and want to thank you for
the truly excellent service BusyBus provided. I used the Big House
service to go to the RHS Show at Tatton Park on Sunday 22nd, and the
Hidden Gardens Tour on Wednesday 25th July.
I cannot adequately express how special
your guides and drivers are. They are such delightful caring people,
they made my holiday very special since without them and the excellent
service they provide, I couldn't have seen as much as I did.
I hope to come back to Chester and do even
more tours with BusyBus. You've all made my holiday one to
remember and I cannot thank you enough. You provide a very valuable
service and I hope that you will be able to go on doing so.
You've all made my

informative, all in all brilliant! I
have read the letters of others praising the tour and, really,

Hello Peter. Greetings

so that in Spring next year I want to go to Snowdonia National Park

our study trip to North Wales and
Chester
such a success. All the participants were very satisfied with the
programme, transportation, accommodation and the organised meals, all
thanks to you and BusyBus! They
all feel that what they saw and learned during the stay in the

will be important background knowledge in the process of working out a
strategic development plan for tourism in our area.
I
for my part would love to come back to

BUSYBUS!
Just wanted to drop a few lines saying that the Adventure day
tour around Wales was great indeed! Also, it was extremely
interactive! Keep it up! I
really liked the way that everything was so perfectly planned...from
the safety door on the right hand side of the bus, the umbrellas, your
way of delivering historical information and your suggestions to
visiting such places, up to the music combinations and the lovely
music at the very end of our journey! My
family and myself really enjoyed it very much and would recommend
BUSYBUS tours to anyone else who is interested in visiting Wales! :)
Thumbs up!! Suzette - PS: Picture

I just wanted to let
you know that our party thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Wales. As
advertised, you took us to places the tour busses don't go. I
understand that some of the passengers were given a later time to meet than
us, took a later tender, got caught in port traffic and they're late
arrival delayed our departure. Our
only disappointment was missing the town with the longest name in the
UK when our driver got lost. Overall it was a most enjoyable tour and
I will be giving your business card to my travel agent for his clients
traveling to Wales.

Hi!
I am a happy (yet still shamefully fragile) hen indeed! I was so
touched when it dawned on me what the theme of the music quiz was on
Saturday, and the effort you’d gone to preparing it, and then to get
a CD of the music too was fantastic.
As ‘the hen’ I wanted to thank you. The tour you provided was
absolutely perfect and suited the mix of girls we had there
brilliantly. Not everyone knew each other prior to arriving on
Saturday morning, and the music quiz and visits you organised got
everyone chatting and having a laugh together immediately. I
didn’t overhear a single negative comment from anyone – which is
quite an achievement considering all the different personalities who
were there!
Thanks
again for all the extra effort in writing the extremely cryptic riddle
as well as so willingly organising the ‘advance’ shots for me in
the last pub – these touches made the day even better and were
really appreciated. We all really think that you should add this
package to those you already offer at Busybus, as if we enjoyed it so
much we reckon that there would be loads of others who would too.

Hi
Everyone,
I just wanted to say
a massive thank you to you all on behalf of Amber, Catherine and all
us girls. The day and night we had on Saturday truly exceeded all our
expectations. Every little detail from the chocolate making activity
to the music quiz, Catherine's CD, the ghost tour and even the
standard of the actual minibus was absolutely outstanding. All the
girls had such a good time and at breakfast on Sunday morning it was
all anyone could talk about - how fun, original and unique the day had
been.
I would definitely recommend a
similar hen tour package to any girls looking for something different
and I am more than happy for you to quote me on that! I know
that you all put a lot of work into the day, especially Claire, (not
forgetting Peter's riddle and DJ mixing skills!) and I can see now why
you've won tourism awards. I think you should put this tour as a hen
weekend package on your website because you would definitely get a lot
of bookings.
Anyway, back to trying to do some
work - just seen the photos too - very funny!
Big
thank you and best wishes to you all.

Hello! The
photographs are terrific!! Now that we are home on the other side of
the world again (and therefore closer to New South Wales than North
Wales!) the photos help us remember that we really were there. It was
an excellent trip, very well thought out and organised, which we, the
two retired Australian sisters up the back of the bus, much
enjoyed. We particularly liked the freedom to follow our own wishes
and interests at the stops. When we had seen Conwy Castle, we thought
that would have to be the highlight of the day - but then we experienced
a bit of Snowdonia...and then on to the aqueduct/canal. We are so
glad that we did it.
Thank
you!
PS
We were wrong. If the story had been about a bunch of Australian
Diggers we would have believed it!

Sorry that I'm sending
my feedback so late. I've had rather busy roster
lately. I just would like to join the words of
admiration and gratitude of the other BusyBus's customers. I had a
pleasure to do a North Wales full day bus trip on the 7th of May. It
was
really one of the best I've ever done in my life. This travel agency
goes
beyond the expectations of its
clients. I can't help praising a perfect organisation, a very warm and
friendly attitude to the participants of this trip, a professionalism
and
a competence of BusyBus's staff and a very nice suitable welsh folk
music
in background.
A breathtaking
and quaint beauty of Snowdonia's landscapes made me addict.
So when I have a Chester weekend next time, I'll go there again of
course
with BusyBus. I also recommend all my colleagues joining this trip.

Just wanted to say that
the tour of North Wales was absolutely
beautiful. I looked back
at all the pictures I took and can't
believe that I actually saw those same places.
Aside from the scenery, Peter you were awesome too.
Thanks
for keeping everybody laughing and sneaking photos when people
aren't looking or when they are eating their fish n chips!
Hope to see you again in Chester or on your next visit to
Liverpool or the states.
Just wanted to send a couple photos from the trip that I seem
to
enjoy, hope you will too. See

We have such
wonderful memories of our tour. The day in Wales was one
of the highlights of our quick trip. We really enjoyed Peter's stories
and history regarding the area. I was especially excited to learn we were
traveling through "middle earth" where Tolkien was
inspired to write The Hobbit and racing down the narrow winding roads through
the country. We are home
again, but we are left with these fabulous pictures
and memories of a day in Wales.
Thanks for making it possible.

Thanks
BUSYBUS for putting the trip together. The pictures are great,
especially the ones in the Lakes. Just wanted to drop you a quick
note thanking you as I don't think the trip would have been possible
without your knowledge of the North West and your planning.

We would like to
thank you for a great day out, though there were some who spoke too
much, and those who spoke too little. I personally fell for the two
wee Scottish lassies from Aberdeen, and the Welsh lass from
Warrington, and of course the guy who checked the car boot sale and
hadn't seen Emanuel in Faulty Towers.
I noticed you enjoyed
winding us up, with you anecdotes, and of course the valuable
prizes, which you dished out in such a liberal fashion.
We would have loved
to traipse about the wonderful Conway Castle, but the lure of the
fresh fish and chips, which our guide had mentioned in passing
didn't leave enough time for us to gallup up the crumbling steps of
the towers.
The Llangollan stop
was memorable as well, as I was accosted by a lady looking for lost
souls or sinners. She admitted she was a sinner herself, but trying
to be a gentleman, didn't press her for details.

Thanks Peter, you are
a knowledgeable, witty and entertaining guide. True, the
bus-tourists that day should know more about Wales and Welshmen
after the trip. Don’t forget the Welsh rugby hall-of-fame though -
there were many world-class Welsh players 50 years ago, and Wales
even beat the All Blacks at Cardiff Arms Park by 13-8 in 1953! I
can only suggest one improvement to the trip. Play a tape of Shirley
Bassey, Tom Jones or Bryn Terfel and NOT the Welsh Male Choir on the
road to Llangollen! They seemed in need of several pints of Hardy
& Hansons!!

The tour was worth
every minute, including every minute spent on the bus. It was almost
physically painful to have the tour ended. The tour was
well-organized and scheduled perfectly. Actually, what you see on
the BUSYBUS site is what you get with Peter as a guide (that
is, breathtaking views, castles, towns, tints of green,
sheep-looking creatures, and water from a distance, from above, or
just all around).
Wales-related
stories and miscellaneous comments that Peter made along the road
triggered brain activity and were flavored with
significant portion of English and universal humor. In addition,
Peter seems to have mastered his skills of driving on the WRONG side
of the road.
If
we are ever in Wales again, hope Peter is around because we are in,
no matter what route he might choose next time.

Good morning! We
would like to extend our thanks to Peter for looking after us on
Monday 19 July on our tour of
North Wales
. What a brilliant day!!
Peter was
extremely helpful and a pleasure to be with for the day, driving us
to every nook and cranny of
North Wales
and pointing out every piece of history there was to be known.
He is an asset to your company and we
will most definitely be using the tour service again in the future. Once
again our heartfelt thanks to Peter and all concerned. We will see
you again!!!

Thanks for the two
fun and interesting tours (North Wales and Cheshire). The
three of us loved them. You were very helpful in Chester and
beforehand. Also your suggestion that we stay on the Busybus
and go to Manchester Airport worked out very well for us. We
all enjoyed the luncheon on the Cheshire tour and meeting Mrs. Fred.
Your Website pictures are good too and a great idea.
You were,
indeed, a great "Web find".

Dear
Peter, here is my feedback from last Thursday's North Wales
Adventure Tour. The trip was an excellent mixture of places and
activities from the grandeur of Snowdonia to the delights of cheap
coffee in the Grand Hotel and the wind-blown joys of the Great Orme.
So many lovely places which more than wetted my appetite for the
area. The
highlights were Conwy with its dour, dramatic castle and the old
fashioned sea front - let's face it, only the Brits would stand in
the rain queuing for ice cream! Also,
the falls in the Fairy Glen and, best of all, despite my fright of
height was, yes, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. I never, EVER want to do it
again but I am ever so glad I have! I
don't think there was one aspect of your tour I would change and all
in all, Peter, you did a great job and I will recommend the trip to
all my friends. Keep it up! |

Hi
Peter! Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour with
you. It was fantastic. Enjoyed the scenery & all the info you
gave us about Wales. Had fun counting black sheep & we were
still doing it the next day when we went to Llandudno.
Since
we came back to Canada I've been telling family & friends about
you & telling them to look at your site & see our tour
pictures. We will surely use BusyBus when we come back over to
England again - Thanks again!! |

how much I enjoyed the Northern Wales tour last
Saturday, May 22. It was a very good tour. You managed
to include many sights and stops in the tour, yet I

I
feel positively compelled to spread the good news about Busybus!
It
would be far too great a shame for the hapless explorer to never
know the joy of being whisked away by one of your comfortable
coaches and expertly guided through places rich in history and
breath-taking scenery; nor to ever taste the delight served up by
your knowledgeable guides who inspire with engaging dialogue, local
lore and the not-so-occasional knee-slapping antidote!
Heaven
forbid the unsuspecting wayfarer should not have the pleasure of
your casual, relaxed atmosphere that is, at the same time, exciting,
thrilling - where even the most aloof of journeymen is helpless to
resist the esprit de corps that builds between fellow trekkers –
nay, between friends!
Adventure, excitement, wonderment, fun....thank you so much Paul and
Peter for making this day the most rewarding and memorable of my UK
experience!
I
can't wait to return to take the North Wales tour, and am looking
forward with much anticipation to discovering what new and exciting
“adventures" the day will offer up! |

Dear
Busybus, Hi, this is Irina. I was on tour on the 10th of April with
a driver and a tour guide Peter. The tour was wonderful and very
memorable. Thanks to Busybus and Peter!
I
not only had a one day adventure but I can now plan my future
holiday breaks in the North Wales more accurately as I know exactly
where I want to go. Furthermore, I'd like to visit Cheshire too one
day with Busybus again.
Thank
you very much indeed for the real fun.

I
stayed longer in your wonderful country than I had originally
planned, but
just wanted to tell
you that the two tours out of Chester that I took with your company
were indeed the highlights of my entire U.K. trip! The
first, my half-day Chester tour, gave me insights into the
extraordinary history of your beautiful and historical area in a way
all my guidebooks could never have done! Your little "tidbits"
of information, and background stories, added so much. Then,
the "icing on the cake" was the all-day tour to North
Wales. My goodness, didn't we see lovely places and go down
tiny winding lanes (which large tour busses could never have
navigated) to charming little villages and special sights most
tourists never get to see! In addition to the many castles,
lovely views of the coast and the "off-the-beaten-path"
sites we visited. Your commentary, anecdotes and knowledge added
immeasurably to the pleasure of the trip. Both my tours were truly
delightful, great value, and the source of beautiful and cherished
memories. Thank you so very much!

I
was part of the fearsome foursome that tackled the Great Orme in the
wind storm with you and Fred in February. Sorry it's taken me so
long to write, but I was reminded when we recently met to share
our pictures and rehash all of our adventures. Our day in Wales
truly stands out as the high point of the trip. I
must admit that before the trip, when I was reading letters on your
website, I found it hard to believe that so many said the same
thing, but since I have been myself, I can now agree. I
took another tour in Edinburgh and it wasn't nearly as fun.
I'll
be watching your website to see how your business expands. We sing
the praises of your tours to however we know might be visiting
England.
Take
care and remember, like our Governor Schwartzenager says "I'll
be back!" |
